DAMAGED, RETURNS, REFUNDS?
Return & Refund Policy
At Pinches Hoodies, many of our items are custom-made and printed specifically for each order.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Custom or personalized items
- Minor color differences caused by screen settings
However, we WILL gladly replace or refund an order if:
- Your item arrives damaged
- Your item arrives defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier
To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or problem
If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Please note:
- Items must not be excessively worn or intentionally damaged
- We may deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
- Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will help resolve verified lost package claims
