Return & Refund Policy

At Pinches Hoodies, many of our items are custom-made and printed specifically for each order.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Minor color differences caused by screen settings

However, we WILL gladly replace or refund an order if:

  • Your item arrives damaged
  • Your item arrives defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package is confirmed lost by the shipping carrier

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or problem

If approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Please note:

  • Items must not be excessively worn or intentionally damaged
  • We may deny refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive
  • Shipping delays caused by carriers are outside our control, but we will help resolve verified lost package claims
